I’m not Italian. I love your food though so I try to learn how to make good pasta dishes. I made Fusilli pasta with pesto, roasted tomatoes & more whole toasted pine nuts. I followed a recipe online.

looks good, but those don’t look like pine nuts. I would use toasted crushed almonds instead.

Next one try “tortellini panna e prosciutto”!
The English word for Panna I think it’s cream, but I don’t know if its the correct word (looking confused)…. Cooking cream perhaps?
