[Music] would you like to live in an oasis of 
tranquility and peace yes but be only minutes away  
from a large town that has all of the amenities 
and services that you need mhm yeah sounds good  
sounds perfect welcome to wandering with wine 
where we Jaimewife and I Honeyman search hundreds

are you up for some house hunting in Italy not 
only does this town have amenities and services  
it has a waterfall look how pretty I think this 
might be our first waterfall it is actually I’m  
pretty sure I’ll always remember this one here is 
a sneak peek of this property I mean look at this  
torre dell’ happy hour this one and those views it 
looks pretty big okay okay are you ready mhm let’s  
get into it we are bringing you to the hamlet 
of Serrabernachia in Marque 74,000 euros 78,000  
U.S. three beds two baths okay 1334 square feet 
231 square foot garden 205 square feet in that  
beautiful happy hour tower 161 square feet of a 
courtyard okay mhm and you have parking for two  
vehicles and this one is only $78,000 ooooo and 
it is oozing character mhm it is beautiful Italian  
charm July 20th 1969 what happened I’ll tell you 
what happened Neil Armstrong he did two things  
he put his foot on the Moon and he took a picture 
from the Moon of this property wow and this is the  
actual photo and we are actually gonna this looks 
amazing they had great cameras back then okay tell  
me about this town babe we are in Sassoferrato 
this is the town the hamlet is in so beautiful  
yep how do you get to this magical property there 
are two airports you know this property is right  
in the middle of the two there’s Ancona and that 
one’s a slightly smaller Regional Airport and then  
you have the main airport in Umbria 53 minutes 
away and that’s an International Airport hey  
babe yes babe I realized something on Saturday 
of last week that our last video we didn’t say  
salute one time what I don’t know what happened 
what I think I was drinking wine out of a half  
yard and I got confused but anyway we’re going to 
double up too wild salute salute let us know in  
the comments below what you’re drinking what are 
we drinking what is okay we’re drinking our house  
wine yeah what is our house you know this I need 
two comments on this one segment all right salute  
again see we’re doubling up so we did planes now 
trains about 17 minutes away and look at all the  
places you can go okay Honeyman where would you 
go from this list I would go to some good ones  
uh Venice I was gonna say that one shocker 
salute salute oh jeez there are several  
bus stops in the area which is always nice now 
we’ve done planes and trains buses so up next is
automobiles Florence is 3 hours no it’s not it’s 
2 and 1 half hours away okay that sounds good to  
me and and Pescara is about 2 and a half hours 
away Lake Como I can’t wait to go we’ve never  
been um you know what let’s buy this place so we 
can drive 5 hours and 43 minutes we’ll go once a  
month to Lake Como oh jeez I don’t know about that 
but Ancona is only 59 minutes away so less than an  
hour and if you remember from a few videos ago 
from Ancona you can take ferries to Croatia mhm  
and also to Greece look at Croatia look at Greece 
those are beautiful okay I’ll go to either one  
I’ll go to both living the dream congratulations 
you bought this place right I’m so happy for  
you you did but the big concern because we’re 
in the Oasis of Tranquility well the hospital  
has to be very far away it’s not it’s 12 minutes 
Round of Applause for that one that is great and  
there are multiple doctors in the area the closest 
one is about 11 minutes away or five miles dentist  
how many teeth in town how many teeth there 
aren’t teeth directly in the hamlet but there  
are teeth in town okay there are multiple tooth 
in town you got tooth pain you are taken care of  
and in Sassoferrato there are two pharmacies her 
accent came out on that one I like that go ahead  
veterinarian okay we’ll be right back welcome to 
wandering with Zoe and Maui we love our pups so  
much um Maui woke me up last night at 3:00 a.m. 
and said hey can you make sure that we’re live on  
the video on Friday so here we are we love them so 
much we need to know where the veterinarian is the  
veterinarian is only 12 minutes away 9 Minutes 
9 minutes away honestly we have been blown away  
by the amount of support we’ve been receiving 
you are all so amazing so we have to thank you  
yes last week was like we couldn’t believe it 
it was unbelievable it means so much to us we  
do a ton of work on this and that sort of thing 
really makes us feel great so it does so thank you  
to Betty Marcie and Gigi and John for all of the 
coffees you guys are so sweet thank you to Joseph  
N and Gary for becoming by me a coffee members 
thank you to Doreen Lorrie Gabriel and Jeordan  
for becoming patrons so nice thank you so much and 
Gertrude thank you for the second Super thanks the  
video is now longer because of you we are going 
to take you on a wander through the bigger town  
of Sassoferrato but here is a little wander what 
that accent popped out again go ahead through the  
Hamlet which is so cute love it okay I love the 
stone and the architecture that stone revealed  
stone look at the mountains all right babe I know 
right let’s go down the street I feel like I’ve  
traveled back in time to like whoa I just traveled 
back actually in time where a wormhole okay I went  
through a wormhole now I’m back because that’s 
not a horse that’s a car the the building right  
here on the right with the beautiful door and all 
that stone that is the building I mean wait till  
you see this one here is a look at one side of 
the home this is where your two parking spaces  
are this is your garden your courtyard and you 
can see the front porch private parking by the  
tomatoes you grew on your own to make your gravy 
slash I like it sauce gravy or sauce who says  
depends on the day Sunday gravy okay Sunday gravy 
and Tuesday sauce regular sauce here’s a shot down  
around the corner okay let’s look down here and 
let’s go inside that blue door here is a look at  
the first living area those beams and ceilings 
gorgeous floors love that little kitchen the  
dining area I like the steps down you know it’s 
kind of cozy okay and see that door right there  
let’s go through that door boom that is big not 
a small bathroom um and it’s completely renovated  
it looks new fresh and clean and I see a bidet 
carino bidet carino okay uh there might be a  
balloon Landing in it and why is there a balloon 
Landing in a bidet carino because this bathroom  
is so big you leave that bathroom and you’re back 
in this big open space you can see that there’s a  
refrigerator look at the beams in the wall though 
as well oh my gosh I mean this Italian charm this  
style of Italian charm cuz we’re really starting 
to get into the nitty-gritty of the subtleties  
this one is like maybe the best of all the 
different variations I love this as you guys see  
the rest of this property there are multiple ways 
to configure the spaces and here we’d probably  
move that coffee bar over you can put a little 
sectional in there so it’s more of a living area  
yeah but there are so many options with this 
one just wait till you see it yeah we’ve only  
seen two rooms and when you see all of these rooms 
you’re going to say this one probably has the most  
options of anything we’ve shown so far a lot of 
flexibility yeah so check out that doorway looks  
like you go down a few stairs into look at that 
bedroom that is huge you could fit a balloon oh  
there is a balloon in there hot air balloon yeah 
there’s a hot air balloon in there uh uh I don’t  
know who the realtor is right did you find out 
who it was we’re not quite sure who the realtor is
it looks like a king-size bed beautiful 
floors beautiful ceiling beautiful beams  
you know window light I love the door and the 
door handle it’s just all the little details  
that we’re looking for mhm with an amazing price 
unbelievable do something do something there do
something okay here we go I’m always 
messing with my hair but you don’t
what’s that let’s talk about temps baby all 
right here we go let’s get into it byeeeeee  
byeeeeee so that first area that we were 
in is right here kitchen bathroom bedroom  
okay now we are entering the property right 
through this door you go through the Beautiful  
front doors walk up a few stairs into this 
beautiful space again with no you don’t like  
it I’m beyond like it it’s beyond love um 
it’s fine you know what’s better than fine  
is that stone right there by the ceiling with 
the beams and the tiles and the Terracotta and  
just as we go through this house I can’t as we go 
through this house look how thick the walls are  
it’s crazy this is everything we look for in a 
home in Italy though because of the stone and  
the beams and the floors this one is perfect for 
us see that door right there let’s go back through  
it and you’re on a cute little Landing where the 
rest of the kitchen is kind of quirky yeah but I  
kind of love it you know I don’t want door living 
room kitchen yeah we don’t two car garage stairs  
you know and the house next to you is the same 
and the house next to you this is unusual cool  
and quirky and I really love it this is a look 
at the other side of that pretty room it doesn’t  
have a huge living area but stick around there 
is some stuff to work with in this property and  
we would reconfigure this space probably but 
wait till you see what’s coming let’s go down  
that hallway to this beautiful large bright 
airy um I feel like it smells new fresh and  
clean in there it’s not just new and fresh and 
clean it smells new fresh and clean in there I  
really like this one yep I like it too it looks 
like there’s new windows throughout as well it  
doesn’t mention it in the listing and just so you 
know the furniture isn’t coming with the home but  
you can purchase it should you choose the first 
thing I see is a chandelier which is kind of cool  
in the bathroom the next thing I see is a bunny 
rabbit on the shelf which I was going to say in  
the balloon bunny in the balloon it could be it 
could be cool uh having a bunny in the balloon  
although it’s probably hot air in that balloon 
so it’s probably not good for the bunny um but  
I’ll tell you what else I see I see we digress I 
yes I see a cute bidget AKA a bidet carino bidet  
carino this one looks new fresh and clean you got 
beams on the ceiling you got a I mean it looks  
this whole place looks looks renovated it has been 
I mean completely renovated perfect leaving the  
bathroom going down the hall back into the space 
we saw earlier and then going up the stairs again  
look at that shot those ceilings are terrible I 
don’t like drywall ceilings why does why does it  
have to have drywall ceilings oh wait those aren’t 
drywall ceilings I mean that’s a money shot right  
there dreamy all right all right yeah when are 
we you know what uh byeeeee I’m going to write a  
check for this place what do you think about this 
bedroom babe uh I think they’ve covered all the  
bases as far as the Terracotta ceilings the beams 
the stone we have brick the floors it’s huge you  
have a giant wardrobe in there and you still can 
you probably play badminton at least I was to say  
tennis but you probably couldn’t but the ceilings 
are higher high enough to almost be able to play  
what’s that game what basketball basketball I 
didn’t know what you did wandering with basketball  
all right I think you know where we’re headed 
next a very large 200 square foot torre dell’  
hour that has a view like this okay I I’m saying 
let’s leave the show now and buy this property and  
fly there I mean I love this one I love this 
one and there’s there’s some special things  
coming up wait till you see this may I have some 
more wine some vinos vinos who knows the name of  
this reindeer put it in the comments below that’s 
an early video that’s right you have to have been  
watching us for a very long time and know that 
one can I have some more wine as I’m pouring one  
wine yes you may okay thank you oh yeah remember 
salute welcome to wandering with wine we’re making  
up for last week so this is where we started 
this is the area we just looked at right now  
we’re going to come through this door here with 
a beautiful giant opening with what is that it’s  
not grates it’s a gate it’s a gated entrance yeah 
it looks very medieval it looks what was that Tom  
Hanks movie where he goes to Italy oh jeez again 
this will be the third time what’s the name of  
that movie Castaway Castaway what’s the name 
of the uh the volleyball Wilson Wilson okay  
so Wilson went through that door with Tom Hanks 
in the movie The DaVinci Code and it looked like  
this okay I can’t keep track of all these spaces 
there’s a lot and this one isn’t a Cantina that  
has spiders I mean there might be a spider in 
there but it doesn’t look like a sketchy dingy  
dungeony area this actually looks like a space 
that I would clean up and it would either be  
another bedroom or it would be a living room or 
it would be a wine cellar shocker or it would be  
a what a workout room an office a recording studio 
there’s a lot of flexibility yes yep and there’s  
a special surprise I see a door the end of this 
room yep where does that door go babe okay it all  
connects do you see what we were talking about the 
I mean just the the wheels are turning uh there is  
a lot of flexibility in this space do you agree 
oh absolutely you could really configure this  
for whatever suits your needs maybe you live in 
one part and you rent the other part out or you  
open it all up for your giant family and guests 
and visitors there are so many options there’s  
definitely space for a proper living area that’s 
what we were saying you can reconfigure some of  
those smaller spaces or you can make one of these 
giant spaces your living area it’s so flexible and  
it’s only 78,000 I was going to say too bad it’s 
$375,000 and there’s no money left oh wait there  
is money left to put in a couple doors and do what 
you need to do it’s so close to a town that has  
everything you need mh time to take a moment

we’re in restaurant row here yeah there’s so much 
obviously mean look at the streets the streets  
are pavers is in stone it’s amazing yeah there’s 
everything you need and this Jimi’s watchtower  
sorry this restaurant here in the corner Memory’s 
looks amazing inside all right our videos could be  
like 5 hours long there’s so much restaurant bar 
Arch great parking Jimi’s tower look at the stone  
building okay okay okay uh we got a new one what 
what is that guy’s name in the bottom right yep  
let’s name him there were you go right now I’ll 
put you on the spot and go some good names when  
we were in Puglia you guys were funny the man 
sitting on the bench with the shirt up and no

need to knows there are eight grocery stores and  
Sassoferrato yes there are tons of restaurants 
in the area the problem is babe people don’t  
generally like to go out to eat right what come 
on yes they do yes they do what what else you got

it you’re going to do it ready what am I going to
say okay I’ll say it alfresco dining for 
the Jaimewife who are you this week Michael  
Keaton batman okay Michael Keaton yeah that’s 
who we’re going with Michael Keaton and this  
restaurant is the top restaurant in Sassoferrato 
I don’t I haven’t translated that sign oh it  
probably means keep distance six feet is just 
like distance yeah yeah okay but alfresco dining  
with the Jaimewife you got it all here pubs 
coffee bars regular bars go out make friends  
meet your neighbors Mars Bars mahs bahs yeah or 
as my brother Pasquale says up in Boston mahs  
bahs I hope you’re watching mahs bahs Pasquale 
and Jean do you want to elevate your drinking  
yes okay what there are hundreds of thousands I 
mean tens of thousands I mean thousands I mean  
hundreds I mean dozens of wineries in the area 
Christmas wife yes Honeyman does this elevate  
your drinking uh absolutely from a scale of 1 to 
100 how much does this elevate your drinking about  
a thousand I love Mountain views I’m obsessed I 
mean is there anything else at this Winery rows  
and rows and rows of grapes with mountains okay 
there’s a scene in a movie called Sideways where  
he grabs the bottle and he starts chugging out of 
the bottle a little bit um and he’s running and  
he’s running down he’s like he’s like doing this 
and he’s running down the hill it reminds me of  
this even though that was in California you know 
this is gorgeous time for some fun stuff what do  
you got what’s fun besides you you’re a lot of 
fun she’s a lot of fun um skiing about an hour  
and a half away less than mhm and okay it’s so 
cute you take a picture looking through a window  
I love picture the two of us behind that thing 
saying salute making up for last week and also  
having fun this week salute to you guys this is 
the ski mountain without snow and real quick babe  
a test great okay I look at this Vista and I am 
going to sing the song the hills are alive with  
the sound of Griswolds I knew you were going to do 
that one not the legit yeah song well The Sound of  
Music came out after uh european vacation so they 
took a couple Liberties um I think they took the  
they changed Griswold to something else you know 
but anyway beautiful there is a lot of hiking in  
the area which is so great and the closest trail 
to the house is about 11 minutes away great and  
look at these views so pretty some of you have 
been asking about bike path as well the closest  
one is about 20 minutes away and looks like this 
again amazing views that looks like real life the  
way that picture looks I can see sitting there 
counting the people coming around drinking some  
wine and say that one has got to be a W3 family 
member right so anyway this is pretty and I want  
to go there it is I would like to know how many of 
you prefer skiing or beaching or biking or hiking  
let us know or ballooning golf is a great game 
you know if you haven’t played before you should  
try it if you’ve played a few times you should 
definitely start getting into it more I really  
enjoy it don’t play all the time but we love 
it she’s got a great swing okay I don’t love  
it I like it oh babe it can be super fun and also 
the most frustrating game ever but you just got  
to let go of all that just go out there and have 
fun okay true 42 minutes away 46 minutes away 42  
minutes away 42 minutes away and okay okay I I 
do want to golf here no you said it was okay um  
I don’t love it cuz I’m not that good that’s 
why I’m in the tower I’m drinking wine no Jaime  
pulls out a three wood she tries to get 
it through that window right there in the  
middle of the tower to get it into your glass 
to get it into my glass so I can take a sip
salute salute is on this side where’s the 
beach the beach 51 minutes away less than  
an hour there’s a lot of beaches and look 
at this this look like Hawaii I was about to  
say I think this looks like uh where were we Kauai 
this looks like Kauai that what is that what’s the  
okay here’s the question we had that great sushi 
place and we kept going and and the road ended and  
then there was the something Ka La Lau Trail what 
was it the Ka La Lau Trail the Ka La Lau trail  
three months ago Jaimewife and I AKA Christmas 
wife um we did not go on a plant-based diet so  
did not if you want steak oh yeah that’s right 
when was it a couple years ago we did Veganuary  
which was January yeah it it was good it was 
fine you know it was tough uh I mean you know  
why it wasn’t too tough red wine is vegan that 
was the first thing I like okay I’ll do it babe  
I’ll do it okay there are how many butchers in 
the area like 10 there’s a lot you’re covered  
yeah you want me you got me there are several 
bakeries in town um can you do me a favor real  
quick just keep the camera rolling can you 
call my wife and ask her if she’s provided  
me with any pictures of the pastries oh yeah 
thanks babe um what’s on the right side you  
know that was intentional because that’s like my 
favorite thing is that a bunt cake no it’s a lava  
cake I know I know I think anyway uh top left 54 
uh I will say this we are not 54 yet but I might  
be getting somewhat closer you’re getting closer 
than I am but anyway uh when I turn 54 I am not  
allowed to eat any of this anymore so I have uh 
I have look at those treats though that’s serious  
stuff that look good it’s like The Brady Bunch 
I would have um my favorite is definitely going  
to be Marsha Brady what is yours I don’t know 
you want Alice in the middle who do you want no  
whatever the top right is yeah Marsha Brady all 
right Marsha Marsha Marsha yeah we like the same
things go the gym is in Sassoferrato we’re gonna 
pump you up okay there is that good and you said  
that it was on SNL right yeah and who are they 
making fun of Arnold Arnold Schwarzenegger um if  
I had an Arnold Schwarzenegger quote cuz we’re 
talking about gyms right now do you know which  
one it would be is it from uh The Running Man 
no it’s the other one that you’re thinking it’s  
Total Recall oh Total Recall okay ready you 
got what you want to give these people air I  
like that one do you have one you already did

you need is in Sassoferrato multiple hair salons  
multiple clothing stores multiple hardware stores 
auto repair shops gas stations electric vehicle  
charging stations schools post offices and 
that little art paint at the top the little  
orange circle is art paint a home decor store 
I don’t know why it’s showing up at the post  
office there you go cool because they ship stuff 
um from art paint to the post office oh to America  
it’s something like that like Candlestick maker 
shipping their candles out yeah yeah there are  
multiple churches as expected and multiple Banks 
you need money Ching you get your money and you  
know what you don’t need too much money to buy 
this place mhm talk spitting all over the place  
talk Italy to me without spitting on the laptop 
and the camera welcome to wandering with wine

what’s your name okay actual real life situation

uh one of the W3 family made a comment that  
really struck me funny um oh I know this 
one I’m not going to say his name um but  
as a hint the name is possibly a cell phone 
coverage company that a lot of the times does  
not have coverage in in the area um and he 
said I like one minute wander as a name um  
my girlfriend calls me the one minute Wonder 
called not current past how do you know it’s  
not he said that oh it was past 10 so one time 
he was a one minute wonder I don’t want to get  
into this you were talking about past present 
and future tense it’s just what he said okay um
what did you just say I I said his name but I 
didn’t say it out loud I mou it okay anyway um  
this is a salute to the one minute wonder you 
I’d already hit it and it was already going uh  
the wonders of Technology oh it almost went in 
that was good okay here we go all right so if  
the peace and Tranquility isn’t your thing you
