okay now we’re headed to Spain uh the
priorat region is about 25 miles
Southwest of Barcelona and it gained um
kind of the world’s eye about 30 years
ago so it’s relatively new on on the
world stage um priorat was originally uh
a blend of garnacha and G but this is a
little bit more modern style that the
clo feras family has done um this is the
SAS Dale priorat it is actually garnacha
k
followed by Cabernet Savon and a little
bit of sarra it’s a little full roded a
little bit more new world in style you
probably notice on the front I’m not
sure a little far away but on the front
is a little ladybug and often times what
that means is farmed organically so more
insects in the vineyard help keep the
pests away and therefore the grapes can
just mature as they will and turn into
something beautiful enjoy
