  1. This is my absolute favorite go-to chicken recipe to serve to guests! With pasta or polenta on the side… And a big green salad with crusty Italian bread. This lovely man is a keeper! There's never a morsel left !

  2. I made this 2 times each time was different, I was marsala as well. The second time I added mushrooms
Next time I might make rice with it
    Love this dish

  3. ….I haven’t a clue who this guy is as I don’t follow him he just came up in the feed…. I watch Chef Jean-Pierre all of the time …..but If you put water in the pan with the sausage initially…add a little oil and let the water evaporate, then let it fry & brown in the residual oil, the sausage plumps up and is super moist…

  4. Is this a really, really older video? I can see the old white stove is back. Pasquale also looks a bit younger, and he does not have his family wine.

  5. My home town was mainly Italian, oh, the scent in those houses, you can't bottle that, but you can cook it.

  6. Ever since I lost my grandparents watching Pasquale, and Gina from buon a petitti has been such a comfort to me

  7. several years ago I was watching a Cox & Crendor podcast and Crendor mentioned that he was watching this "Italian grandpa that has a cooking youtube channel." Ever since then I have watched as many of OrsaraRecipes' videos as I can. Love this man.
