  1. Okay…..this is NOT a tuscon house style at all….its a new construction with basic elements that u can find in every european house😒 i don't really think she did study or have any license about interior design , calling it a typical tuscon house is reaching. Its a house in italy in that region….100 years doesn't mean old in europe…its literally last century! I like the enthusiasm of Americans buying old houses in europe but a mansion is not a chateau, and a farm house is not a historical building…..

  2. Wow, just beautiful. Well done. Those folks you did it for must be so happy with the finished result.

  3. Lovely but basic. Black kitchen iron doors clash with kitchen wood door. Dining chairs 🤷🏻‍♀️ feel it doesn’t flow but still nice

  4. Deathtrap! Have you seen the wall that had to open for the new window? Have you seen how loose it was? Imagine living there with a 7.5 Richter earthquake. Oh yeah… I run out and never again in a house built before 1990. Your life is much more precious than a 2 century old house.

  5. This Italian Villa home tour had me mesmerized from start to finish! The transformation from fixer-upper to fabulous is simply jaw-dropping, and the touches of Italiano style throughout are so charming.

  6. Congratulations. Not only did you respect the house and the environment, you added to it for future generations. Well done.

  7. Another success story!! I would sit outside the wine window all day then in winter in the wine room…..life could be so good there.

  8. It's an amazing restoration! Very very beautiful! There are touches typically American, though, like the kitchen sink below the countertop level and the stove as a separate element inserted between the linear kitchen elements. Nothing wrong with that of course, it's just a "foreign" touch 😘
