First time I made gnocchi, came out pretty decent. But the process took forever!

    Practise makes perfect! Once you have the process down pat it can be quick enough to do as a weeknight dinner. One suggestion I have, make bigger gnocchi! Less work when you have fewer pieces to cut and roll on the board.

    man how did you make this? I had my third try today and my dgh always comes.out way too wet so you cannot form gnocchis and if you shoukd drop them.in water they will simply dissolve to ou.okin soup. I used vincenzo’s recipe on youtube so 400g of pumpkin on 250g of flour and one egg
