Not many choices in SoCal when it comes to Edradour. The 10 and the Caledonia. The latter being my "Sherry bomb" of choice.
The Edradour 2012 Aged 10 Years Bourbon Cask and the Edradour 2010 Aged 12 Years Sherry Cask both Cask Strength
So no opinion on the Sauternes? 😊

When i first opened and tried it after a couple days I got a very strong cranberry note both aroma and palate…haven’t come back to it since. Waiting another few weeks to let it come into its prime.
Great Review good sir!
Only the 10 yr Edradour is sold in my region of country and always look when I travel and only once saw a 15yr once.
I like the 10yr. Different taste but good
That Edradour 21 is really hard to beat though.
Edradour is a whisky drinkers whisky. Great casks
