  1. Omg, this looks even better than my mother's.(Sorry, Ma, you know I still love you.) She made hers with mushrooms when we had vegetarians over, just pull the stem and top apart. Veganism wasn't known to us in the 60s.

  2. What is the meaning for putting butter in pasta water? Isn’t the flavour going to go when the water is drained??

  3. Sounds and looked amazing, until you put in that absolutely disgusting sour cream. That alone ruined the entire dish.

  4. Where can I get that season? Only saw the hot sauce on Amazon. I don't want to spend $20 on a bottle of hot sauce

  5. The butter in the boiling water was unnecessary.
The boiled pasta should have been added to the beef stroganoff and tossed in it before serving.

  6. Glad to see you're not using those shity flavor packets with all that extra salt and sugar! It's going to add years to your life❤😊

  7. Where do you get the half-size fettuccine? I can find the half -size spaghetti, but have never seen the fettuccine. Thanks!

  8. basically beef stroganoff but replaced the sour cream with heavy cream and beef broth to make like a stead diane style sauce.
