welcome back to my channel I hope
everyone has had a great weekend in
today’s video we’re going to tour three
homes here in beautiful Central Florida
and they are going to be priced for
under
$450,000 we’re going to go ahead and
start in Winter Haven and then we’re
going to make our way to poiana and then
we’re going to finish in CMI Florida so
it should be a very fun day tour in
these homes also if you are thinking

tours well folks we just got to Winter
Haven Florida and uh we’re actually in a
beautiful Community it’s called mandolin
and it’s in a gated community the it’s
so quiet and peaceful here so I’m
excited to show you guys this pool home
let me go a and turn the camera around
right now go ahead and show you some
street views and then also some aerial
shots as well so let’s go ahead and jump
into
it all right so just directly ahead we
do have the property that we’re going to
go ahead and tour but I want to give you
a quick look at the street view the lots
are actually not too close either um
which I do like um I know a lot of
people are looking for homes that aren’t
you know they don’t feel right on top of
each other so this community definitely
will give you that feel but I’m excited
to show you guys this property not only
is it a pool home um it was built in
2012 it has
2320 ft of interior space like I said it
is an a gated community it has a monthly
HOA of
$41.67 it’s sitting on a 0.2 6 acre lot
it just hit the market only a couple
days ago it has five bedrooms and then
it has two full baths as well I do love
the Landscaping in the front with the
beautiful palm trees and everything like
that it’s got a newer roof and also a
newer AC system fully fenced backyard
lots of positives in this house so um we
are
currently they’re currently asking
$425,000 uh for this property so let’s
go ahead get inside and take a quick
look around again I love the trees and
um just how they did everything in the
front really has a nice curb appeal and
uh and whatnot so here’s a look at the
front of the home you do have the
undercover area just right here before
you get in the door which is great so
you can just kind of just hang out right
here if you need to and uh not get wet
if it is raining during the summer time
or any time of the year so let’s jump in
the house and take a quick tour
all right then close the door so as we
get in you do have nice high ceilings it
looks like it’s had some fresh paint as
well cuz it smells really good in here
and it smells like paint tile flooring
all throughout and then as I pan to my
right hand side we do have the dining
room area just right here and we’ll I’ll
show you a little bit more of that space
here shortly but we do have the first
bedroom which is just right here to the
left hand side so so let’s go a and make
our way to bedroom number one you got a
ceiling fan already installed as you can
see and it’s a really nice size bedroom
as well
so definitely a lot bigger than what
I thought it was going to be there’s a
look at
the closet
space and the final
window and we’ll just start on the left
hand side of the house
first and uh just make our way to the
right so here we have the living room
space and then we also have the
breakfast nook uh just right there we
have the kitchen as you can see just uh
right next to it I love these windows
here that will let in a lot of natural
light and then that Al that door right
there also will lead out to the pool and
backyard space so bedro number two is
the primary Suite so this actually the
only thing I noticed here that I was
personally this is just my personal
opinion um the ceilings are a little bit
lower than what I was hoping they would
be so it doesn’t feel as as open as you
know the
uh the living room space or anything
like that so that’s the only thing I
noticed that I was like oh oh oh well
but here’s a look at uh walk-in closet
number
one then we have walk-in closet number
two not too big not too small about
medium siiz closets so hope you don’t
have that many clothes but um anyways as
we continue I do love the bathroom you
have the walk-in shower option just
right there to the right and then just
to the middle right here we have the
soer tub so I think that’s great that it
has both of those features you have the
toilet just right there and then of
course we have the uh dual sinks and
vanity so there’s syn number one and
then there’s syn number two and then I
love the fact that it has a window just
right there to uh bring in some natural
light TOA space so I do really think
that’s great so anyways let’s go and
head to the opposite side of the house
um I’ll go and show you the kitchen and
then we’ll get to the pool space Here’s
a look at the breakfast nook and then we
have the kitchen just right here not any
kind of fancy countertops as you can see
we still have black and we saw black uh
appliances in here so I mean you might
want to update that at some later time
or you may be fine which just the way it
is now but um everything is in you know
working condition and it looks really
nice so I don’t think it’s anything to
freak out about you know immediately but
uh if you want to make some changes to
it you can also do that in the future
little small pantry as they always are
no surprise there and as we continue
we’ll find the washer and dryer hookup
area and you do see the washer and dryer
units right there and then just
pass that we go through the door and we
find the two-car garage sellers are
still in the process of moving obviously
but
uh that is
understandable so let’s go ahead and
check out the remaining bedrooms and
bathrooms and then we’ll finish off at
the best part of the home which is the
backyard and the pool space all right
next full bath double sinks you got a
shower tub combo there’s a look at the
toilet then you got a linen closet just
right
here put the towels and then also this
door is very nice because uh it’s like a
you know being used as a pool bath as
well well so that is a wonderful
feature and we’ll find two more bedrooms
just right here one to the left and one
to the
right and again guys bedroom sizes are
very very nice so no issues with bedroom
sizes there not any small bedrooms
here next bedroom this is
bedroom number four let me show you the
closet
very important there’s a look at the
closet not anything too crazy just a
standard size closet and then we’ll go
down this
hallway here and this
actually can go straight into the
kitchen from this way as well so you can
come from the kitchen and then just go
right to this hallway here and then
you’ll end up in the fifth and final
bedroom that we are going in right
now
so here’s a look at this whole space and
obviously got a nice ceiling fan as well
but let’s get to the best part of the of
the house folks the backyard and pool
space this pool is incredible you guys
are going to agree with me well at least
I hope you do cuz I think it’s
absolutely beautiful so let me throw my
sunglasses on cuz it is a nice sunny day
here in Central
Florida but look at this so you go out
undercover whole Space here is
completely undercover which is great got
deck spaces as well just so you can put
your lounge chairs and maybe a grill if
you wanted to I don’t see one out here
I’m sure they had one at some point I do
love that uh that chair and then look at
this beautiful pool fully enclosed and
insc
screened got a water feature just right
there beautiful pool good size and then
on top of that to make it even better
it’s fully fenced and you have green
space look at all this green space and
they put some beautiful Palms in
here and uh full fully fenced all the
way
around and then also the other side is
actually bigger so now I got to go the
other side real quick I want to make
sure I show you guys
everything so we’ll go a little bit
quicker to this side cuz I don’t want
the video to be too long but look at all
this green space on the right side of
the home as well so like I said fully
fenced and then it just goes all the way
along the side of the house there
so fabulous I think this is a great
option for somebody and um I believe
that’ be it so let’s go ahead and get to
the next

to the next property in today’s video we
are here in point Siana Florida this is
zip code
34759 and uh this house is actually Open
Door owned listing it is a pool home and
the reason I actually brought you guys
out here is because it has four bedrooms
and has two full then they have one half
bath and they’re asking
$317,000 you have
18863 ft of interior space sitting on a
corner lot as you can see and it’s uh
you have 0.29 Acres have a monthly HOA
of
$85 a month and um like I said currently
on the market for 317,000 built in 1990
so I want to go ahead and give you guys
a quick tour of this property uh just
for reference as far as location you’ll
be about 50 minutes away um from this
particular property to Disney Springs so
you can most likely get there I would
say just depends on traffic time in
between 45 and about 50 minutes so I
think that’d be good for reference so
anyways let’s go ahead take a quick
tour of this
property all right
so let’s go ahead and close the door all
right so once we get in we have tole
flooring all throughout you do have you
know older uh tile now this home was
built in 1990 it’s actually the same
year I was born so I definitely wouldn’t
forget that but uh just to the right
hand side we actually do have the half
bathroom right here it’s a little small
to be honest with you um look I have to
like close the door just to get to the
toilet so it is a little tight so make
sure you note that and um as we continue
we actually have
the stairs just right there to the right
hand side which will lead up to the
second level we’ll go ahead and get
there shortly but before we get there
let’s go ahead and go to the left and
we’re actually going to find bedroom
number one so I’ll just go ahead and go
to this corner here it does have brand
new carpet as well as you can see it is
completely moveing ready for the most
part there will be some things you most
likely will you know want to update and
stuff but as far as you know you can
move right in here and and be very
comfortable so we’ll just go ahead and
start the tour to the left hand side
this would be the dining room space I
believe uh this feels more fitting to be
a dining room area and then as we
continue this way we’ll actually find
the primary Suite so it is on the first
level just right here and you do have
high ceilings in the bedrooms I’m sure
you guys noticed in the first one just
right off the door you do have higher
ceiling and you than you do in some of
the other parts of the house so as we
continue we’ll go right into the primary
bath you got your double sinks obviously
countertops are old and uh we’ll
probably want to update those at some
point but they’re all you know
in good condition and uh you’re you can
use them with no issues so anyways as we
continue we go ahead and find the shower
tub combo the toilet just right next to
and then we have
the walk-in shower just right there
so let’s go ahead and make our way out
and go check out the other side of the
house and then we will go see the pool
space
so I want to go ahead and show you guys
the storage space just right under the
stairs there and um we’ll just go ahead
and go this way
and uh I’m just going to go ahead and go
to the right show you guys this little
area here this is how you get to the
garage space this will also be the
washer and dryer hookup area and then to
the opposite side we’ll find the storage
area so well not storage area but little
you know place where you can put things
just right across from there but anyways
here’s a look at the garage space you
got a there’s look the water heater got
a new AC system as well and good size
garage overall not bad and um see what’s
behind here did I miss something yeah so
got a little extra space right
there well done and as we
continue we have uh the kitchen space
and this area was a little smaller than
I thought especially with the square
feet that this house has like 1,800 or
so I thought it’d have a little bigger
kitchen but obviously you can see that’s
where the refrigerator would go we got
our oven where’s the microwave w got no
microwave here guys so you’re probably
going to have to buy one and just set it
right on the the countertop there
unless yeah that’s weird I don’t know
what’s going on here so there’s a look
at the sink
dishwasher and a your little Island
right there so it’s a little weird kind
of a different floor plan I would say
and then we have the uh breakfast nook
just right here in this space and as you
can see you got Windows all around and
then we have the sliding glass doors uh
just right here which we’ll actually go
through right
now that will lead us to the pool space
so little undercover area here which is
nice and uh keep you dry uh from the
rain that we have during the summertime
but decent size pool as well you got a
spa there and then a little water
feature and stuff like that uh just in
this
corner and um look you got no neighbors
immediately
to the rear of you and uh show you guys
a good look at this little space here
before we go back inside so the outside
with the pool is nice definitely has a
lot of potential could use a little
cleaning up here and there but uh you
know that’s to to be expected in a home
it’s 34 years old
so let’s go ahead and
uh go ins go back inside and go up to
the
second level and uh
we have brand new carpet upstairs and
we’ll find our remaining final two
bedrooms just right here
so this will be bedroom number
three it’s a good look at
that
closet as we continue we have the second
full bath sink vanity toilet shower tub
combo definitely looks like that sink
and
vanity obviously has been upgraded a
little bit from the primary bath and we
have our
vyl
bedroom just right here
so not bad definitely not a bad house
got a lot of potential in moving ready
and uh you know 317 for a pool home’s
not bad so anyways guys that’ll be it
let’s go ahead and get to the next

well folks we have made it to the next
property here in CMI Florida we’re
actually in the subdivision called Lago
bendia and it’s a really nice Community
I haven’t been here in a while but the
owners take really good care of their
houses the roads are nice and clean and
um it’s just a really nice quiet
community especially for a Friday at 3
o’clock I don’t hear anything so this
part of CMI is actually in East CMI so
we’re really close to St Cloud uh just
to give you guys a little reference I’m
sure we’ll pop up a map at some point uh
within this segment um so anyways Let Me
Go a and turn the camera around give you
guys a quick look at the street view of
course we’ll go ahead and insert some
Arial Clips as well so you guys can get
a better point of view so let me go a
and turn the camera around right
now all right so there’s a look at the
actual property that we are going to go
ahead and tour um but I want to give you
guys a look at the street view like I
said really nice houses looks like
everyone’s taking really good care of
them and um you don’t have cars all over
the street or anything like that except
for obviously mine right there but I’ll
be leaving here soon but uh anyways let
me go over the specs of this house that
we’re going to go ahead and tour it has
three bedrooms it has two full it has
one half bath you have
26 26 ft of interior space you do have a
monthly HOA of
$113 a month and that goes towards the
gated community and then also you have a
community pool as well um which I think
is a good feature this home was built in
2014 it’s sitting on a 0.7 acre lot it
has recently had a I think about a
$30,000 price $32,000 price reduction
was originally on the market for
$463,000 it is now being offered for
$431,000 so a little bit of a price cut
there but I know they want to do
everything to get it sold Open Door is
the owner of this property so sure
everyone knows who Open Door is they are
an ey buyer who buys and sells property
so anyways let’s go ahead get
inside and take a quick look at this
property squeaky
door all
right be able to close the door so as we
get in you do have uh you have new
flooring you have new paint and it’s
pretty open for the most part this
little area here I’d say it’ be like a
maybe a sitting room you could make it a
dining room if you wanted to but the
living room is actually just directly
behind that uh this little wall area
here but as I go to the right hand side
I want to go ahead and show you the
storage space just right here and that’s
actually right underneath the stairs
because as you can see the stairs are
right here that will lead up to the
second level we’ll get to that part here
shortly but here’s a look at the living
room space so TV goes on the wall just
right there maybe have a couch just in
this space right here which will be nice
um cuz it’s pretty spacious and then
also you have a little additional space
as well if you want to put like you know
a little table there where you can eat
and then also just right behind it we’ll
find the kitchen space so we’ll just
actually go to the backyard real quick
just because the sliding glass doors are
right here and then we’ll make our way
to the kitchen
so boom so here we go so here’s a look
at the backyard really nice size
backyard overall it just needs to be
fenced which you are obviously able to
fence it you just have to use those
fences right there and just you know
fence it along the side on each side and
then you know you’ll have a really
nice uh you know private backyard so
there a little things that need to be
done but overall at least you do have
some backyard
space all right moving forward let’s get
right into the kitchen where we have
granite countertops looks like we still
have the black
appliances uh for the most part but uh
still really nice appliances and
everything is in working and ready
condition there’s look at the sink I do
love the window here that creates uh
gives this this space a good amount of
ample light and then we have the
microwave and oven just to the opposite
side we’ll find more uh counter and
cabinet space and then I like this
little bar area just on this side where
we can put some bar stools and just uh
give it a little extra seating there’s a
look at the refrigerator and everything
you see here
is what comes with the sale so whatever
you see is what you get here’s a look at
the little tiny baby pantry and um as we
continue we’re actually going to find
the half bath just right over here so I
think that’s a really nice feature just
to have a half bath on
the
first level just for everybody’s
convenience and then as we continue
we’ll make our way out to the two
car garage space and then it looks like
they put a brand new water heater in
here as well
so
nice anyways as we move forward I think
that will be it for the first level so
let’s go ahead and make our way up to
the second level and you do have brand
new carpet all throughout so you do have
you don’t really have to replace
anything right away like I said this
thing this house is completely moving
ready it smells good and and um all the
major components like the roof AC units
water heater everything has
been updated or replaced so as we get to
the top of the stairs look at this Loft
beautiful size loft put a pool table and
uh maybe a TV on the wall and kind of
make it a game room whatever you want to
do which I think is great because it
gives you that option to really make it
whatever you
want and bedroom number one so this is
actually the primary Su look how big
this bedroom is it’s like Overkill but I
mean if you need a big primary
Suite here you go so there’s a look at
that whole bedroom space there and then
we have the walk-in closet as well
really nice siiz walk-in closet like I
said look I’m all the way in this it’s
like a small bedroom honestly but uh
very very nice and I know a lot of
people would definitely
use that amount of closet space and as
we make our way to
the bathroom we have the walk-in shower
uh just
one sink as you can see there’s a look
at the toilet I’m guessing this is the
linen
closet just right
here and uh maybe put like a little May
some floating shelves or something in
this little area here just to give you a
little extra storage if that’s something
you need but you can definitely use that
space for something good and um as we
continue we’ll find our next bedrooms
and bathrooms just on this side so this
will be the last full bath which there’s
a look at the sink and vanity and then
we have the shower tub combo option as
well that’s nice because you did notice
in the primary Suite there was no tub
option so
at least you have that in the
second bathroom so here we go got the
laundry room just right here I love how
it’s its own dedicated space so um and
then also those uh those units are
included in the sale then we have the
final two bedrooms just right here so
we’ll go ahead give you guys a quick
look at the space and
then we’re going to go get some food so
anyways
let me go ahe and open this up good size
bedrooms as well just a regular standard
size
closet and we’ll get to the final
bedroom right
here and again really nice size bedroom
and
um that should be all guys hope you guys

Lunch Spot we’re right here off of
International Drive icon Park is just a
little bit down the road so it’s really
close to everything as uh a lot of you
guys know that um have been over to
International Drive you have plenty of
restaurants bars everything really here
that caters to tourism and and
entertainment and whatnot but we are
here at Mia’s Italian Kitchen and I
didn’t pick this place trust me because
my picks have been lame lately and I
realized that so she is the one who has
been picking these uh last few
restaurants so I have very high
expectations for this so what else can
you add to this the interesting thing
about this place is like it looks like
him you see it looks like you’re in
Italy and it’s great it has uh Pizza
Pasta and a great bar so we’re going to
check that out yeah so let’s go ahead
get inside and showcase this place for
you
right before entering the restaurant you
get to look at their menu they offer
drinks starters brunch Specialties
homemade pastas pan pizza sandwiches and
desserts but they also have bottomless
brunch available all you can eat on
weekends for 3425 per person and happy
hour from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday once you go in you step
into a different world we got there as
soon as they opened and had the whole
restaurant to ourselves they have a
unique design and plenty of sitting
space indoor and outdoor and you can see
beautiful paintings throughout the
entire restaurant they have a large bar
area cool chandeliers and Italian
Renaissance art hey I know this cuz I
learned it in
school nerd we decided to sit at the bar
to take advantage of the happy hour menu
they are also well known for their wide
range of wine options where you get half
off on all bottles with their Wednesday
special Papasito was ready to order on
the happy hour menu they offered two for
one drinks and $5 bar bites including
meatball sliders and brick oven pan
pizza we ordered two sangrias while we
waited for our food and it was Caleb’s
Showtime hey so are you ready to speak
today cuz this is your day today yes I’m
ready to speak I’m going to give you
guys a little bit of information about
the menu and the specials that they have
here at Mia’s Italian Kitchen select
cocktails oh we got to do it again so
are you ready to talk yeah I’m your big
moment go ahead this is my time to shine
yeah time to shine okay cool give the
man oops I accidentally turned this off
wasn’t on the time for you to shine all
right this is my moment yeah that
includes salad from the God I can’t read
that includes salad from let me do it
again one more time don’t pause it leave
it all right right here oh God never
mind I don’t want to do five dishes
for God God I feel so boring all right
I’m going to just leave it leave it I’m
going to go a little bit harder all
right well that was a disaster anyways
we ordered the meatball sliders chicken
parmesana sliders and pepperoni pan
pizza to start with while we waited for
our lasagna the chicken parm had a
crispy chicken breast mozzarella tomato
sauce and Italian rolls the meatball
sliders had housemade beef meatball
tomato sauce and Italian rolls and to
make this day even better we had to try
this amazing pepperoni pizza that was
made in a brick oven it looks delicious
we started digging into the sliders
because we were so hungry and they
didn’t disappoint had lots of sauce and
were
amazing which one of these sliders do
you like the most the meatball or the
chicken slider they’re both really good
but I think the maple one is like a
little more juicy I like it it’s it’s
like super thick too like you have to
like push it down and then put it in
your mouth cuz it’s not going to
fit then we went for the

pizza fantastic you like it so good it’s
amazing what do you think it’s amazing
it’s like a little thick and soft and
lots of of um cheese cheese yeah crunchy
on the borders
great you guys better get down here and
try this pizza finally the lasagna
arrived it had slow cooked beef
housemade noodles ricotta Shar provolone
mozzarella and herbs and of course we
got a boatload of Parmesan cheese on

top what now say is it good oh yeah it’s
good but I haven’t tried it you have to
ask me oh cuz you asked me
okay hold on let me take another
bag you got to wait wait a
second now ask me is it
good you want me to ask you something
I’m eating right now hold
on okay is this lasagna the best one
you’ve ever tried there so much cheese
after mine cuz you know I do a good
lasagna oh yeah after years
yes how is it it’s exactly the way I
thought it would be yeah
Perfecto perfecta Perfecto see mine is
better
right yeah yours is better hers is
definitely better this is good but hers
is great to end we really enjoyed our
time here they had a great happy hour in
specials for the whole family it is in a
great location and we highly recommend
you add this place to your list if you
