hi everybody today here we’re here in
sville Tennessee and we’re at Gondolier
Pizza we’re going to head into the gond
delier pizza it’s been many years since
we’ve been here over 10 years we’re
going to go back and give it a try after
10 years Don are you ready ready let’s
do it let’s do this

so we’re here in severville Tennessee
and we’re here at the gond delier pizza
and Italian restaurant this is a chain
I’ve seen it in other areas and this is
a local favorite in fact if you look on
uh Trip Advisor uh This is highly rated
in this area so the Gondolier Pizza is
located in Seville it’s actually a
couple doors down from the Wingstop and
we did a review on the Wingstop uh about
a month back caddy quter from the gond
delier is the Kentucky Fried Chicken uh
Veterans Boulevard and it’s right here
on Dolly Parton

so it’s very bright it’s got tables and
booths of course we’re sitting in a
booth and here’s our
menus I know one thing we talked about
we’re not going to get pizza cuz we had
pizza just the other day at Dollywood
and um we decided we’re just going to
get some Italian food here you know they
have all your traditional stuff and
these are the different locations uh
they have quite a few of them here in
Tennessee Chattanooga uh jeers City also
in Georgia Florida and Kentucky Dawn is
decided to go with some and I believe
she’s going to get the chicken Slovakia
plate uh really really cool they also
have a tenderling pork sandwich I heard
is really really good here as well I’m
going to get the tour of Italy that way
I can kind of try all the Italian
Specialties that they have here so we’re
going to get some Greek and we’re going
to get uh some Italian and they have a
big menu a lot of choices so that’s a
good thing especially if a family who
can’t make a decision they want GRE or
Italian or pizza or or burgers or wings
or the menu is so big the
um yeah it’s like it’s like the
Cheesecake Factory um they also have
brought us over some bread sticks and
some marinara right yeah they look good
they smell good and we got Waters to
drink with some lemon and the atmosphere
in here is really really cool I do like
it it’s uh clean and um yeah they also
got a little case over there with cake
CES I’ll go over there in a second after
we order take a look at these
desserts o wow
yeah got red velvet cake got a cake with
sprinkles so we were sat down
immediately they brought out the bread
sticks the folks here are super nice the
waters came out shortly after and I’m
excited for this aren’t you I am I am
it’s like a it’s been 10 years since
we’ve been
here I dunked it he dunked it
into how’s that bread stick they’re soft
are they like hot or they’re hot but
they’re soft and fresh fresh and um yeah
so there’s the marinara it’s um a little
bit more on the orange side not as much
of red but look at that I can’t wait to
get into that that bread stick
myself yes so it’s like a traditional
bread stick you know and I want to um te
try this marinara
out the bread stick is really good uh
doesn’t have any garlic or nothing a lot
of the bread sticks in the area will be
heavily garlicked right it’s usually our
experience but I I do like the marinara
it’s um it’s very pleasant they also
brought my salad out like right now so
we’ll take look at this the marinara is
a little spicy doesn’t it a little bit
of spiciness so with my tour of Italy it
came with a salad and that’s the Italian
dressing onions cucumber
tomato um some iceberg lettuce
there looking good so Don says I want to
get into your salad cuz it looks those
cucumbers you want a cucumber put a
little bit of the you have to let me
know what it’s what it’s like
you like it
mhm yeah so the Italian dressing is a
little thick it’s not runny or
nothing that’s a good sign there guess
we’ll put it all on there so when we
first came in we were the only ones in
here and since then the place is filling
up um so there’s a lot a lot of folks
that just sat down the plate is cold the
salad dressing is really really good
Pleasant very pleasant the salad was
really good it was it was fresh and um
yes I did enjoy it and there’s one bread
stick
left we can share it you want to share
it break it in half yeah it’s kind of
like breaking bread at the table
right the marinara is definitely
different than any other place I’ve been
to I don’t know how I feel about it um
it’s a little on the spicy side kind of
almost like a chef boy Rd type
taste uh but it was okay okay so they
brought out some more bread we didn’t
even ask for it and we still have some
marinara left they even have their own
ketchup my tour of Italy is here and the
one thing I will say is there is a lot
of food between our what we both ordered
so looks like I got a little chicken
parmesan there uh a little
lasagna and some spaghetti over here and
there might be something else underneath
there I’m not 100% sure and this is
Dawn’s Greek plate so you got some
chicken uh kebabs pea bread french fries
over there a little
pepperi and then you have some green
pepper and onion and FedEd cheese and
peut bread underneath yes peer bread
it’s getting s okay so Don’s GNA moving
it cuz it’s soggy it’s getting soggy
nobody want soggy
and then of course got some um got a
little bit of everything over there so
this here I think is a Greek dressing
for it all dig
in I don’t know about the dressing
you’re going to try that Greek dressing
it’s got a little fet of cheese in it
mixed in with that dressing usually yeah
it’s usually pretty good um it’s a Greek
style of like Italian I
guess that I’m guessing this is for the
P yeah that would be the garlic sauce
you know the garlic yeah it’s like going
to be really garlicky oh that that looks
good I’ll give you
some oh it tastes garlic you like that
so one of the things about Greek
restaurants is that garlic sauce they
put on that pet saucer so the one thing
I noticed is that everything was piping
hot when it came out and I was watching
them in the kitchen cuz you could
actually see the kitchen off off your
shoulder there and they were back there
preparing everything so Don’s going to
get in her chicken Kebab looks really
really
good good very good the Peter bread was
good the chicken kebab you said it was
good um you said the french fries were
super
hot and um Greek dressing Greek gressing
is good and now I’m going to get into my
um my tour of Italy so that’s the
chicken breast there
so yeah it’s a pounded out chicken
breast breaded uh marinara of course the
mozzarella cheese really really good um
tasty I like the breading the breading
taste
is very nice as well and there’s the
side view of that that chicken
parmesan there’s some lasagna chicken
parmesan of course of spaghetti and this
is U
manotti so you can see there’s ricotta
in there and it looks really good smells
really good very generous with the
mozzarella the
lasagna lasagna is very meaty um very
dense um doesn’t taste like other places
it is different in fact pretty much
everything’s a little different here and
yeah there’s the different layers in the
lasagna all packed in with um meat and
of course the mozzarella on top and that
spaghetti the meat sauce that comes with
the spaghetti is really really good and
spaghetti was done perfectly uh it
wasn’t overdone and it wasn’t underdone
just perfect and I really enjoy the
spaghetti um very very good but overall
everything is really good and the rest
of this is going to be going home with
me
tonight that was the Gondolier Pizza in
sville and it was what’ you think I
enjoyed it it was good she brought some
bread sticks and marinar sauce yes and
then I ordered the um the Greek chicken
Greek chicken kebab right kebab and it
had salad and like a salad dressing then
pedo with some cucumber garlic sauce oh
God it was so good it was really really
good all the way across I had some of
your um Greek and it’s hard to find
Greek food in this area at all period so
Dawn’s like hey I had know a place
now where we can get some Greek food the
Italian was that good it really was now
I wouldn’t put at the top end of Italian
food be honest with you and if you are
Italian you might you know you might
differ you might you know you might
argue out to point on what’s good but
dollar for dollar it was well worth it
folks it was just a quick little
restaurant review for today uh we got
some very special videos coming up but

  3. I hate garlic, so we usually avoid Italian restaurants, but that food looked delicious, especially Willโ€™s dinner.

  5. Great video I enjoyed it. I never been to that one before. But I have been to the one over on Cedar Bluff. I love the pizza it's so good there. Other then that I have only tried the subs. But yes the bread sticks are so good as well as the salad.

  8. We used to go there every time we visited the area, but the last time we went (several years ago) I was charged for 5 waters (tap water, saw them fill it). I spoke with an elderly Italian lady at checkout and she said it was correct. Never went back.

  12. We eat there often we have 2 near us one in London next to white castle and on in Harrogate TN we like the manicotti with Alfredo and the chicken Alfredo with melted mozzarella๐Ÿ˜Š
