I finally tried making pizza from scratch for the first time and Iโ€™m kinda proud of it, but also feel like I probably committed a few crimes here lol.

I didnโ€™t follow anything too fancy, just a super simple recipe I found on ezrecipe (flour, water, yeast, salt, little olive oil), let it sit for a while, stretched it by hand (def messed that up a bit), then topped it with homemade tomato sauce (crushed San Marzano), mozzarella, and a whipped lemon ricotta that I didnt show on the photo.

Baked it as hot as my oven would go (about 550 for like 15).

Donโ€™t mind that singular anchovy, my family doesnโ€™t like it so I decided that would be my slice.

Honestly it tasted amazing, but I know this sub has standards so feel free to roast it / tell me what I should fix next time. Iโ€™m trying to actually get good at this.
