Made a few pies between yesterday and today. Cup & char with fresh sliced jalapenos. Then a basic Canadian bacon. And finally a pie with the leftover meats (pepperoni and spicy sopressata).

I think the last pie developed a bubble that caused all the toppings to push away then popped and allowed all the oils to pool up. Guess I’ll have to pay more attention in the future.

Overall, they were all quite tasty!
