Today’s adventure is for foodies! We visit the Village Street Eateries inside New York-New York (what we consider to be the best themed “food court” in all of Las Vegas) – and we sample breakfast, lunch, and dinner. First up, 48th & Crepe…then later on, a massive lunch at Greenberg’s Deli…and finally, big juicy steaks at Gallagher’s. In between, lots of great Village theming.

  1. How wonderful to see you celebrating with your brother Dale. And the bliss of seeing you have that pastrami sandwich made my heart explode with anticipation. I am a deli man all the way. Love these food excursions. They make the channel come alive. Paula you give them best narratives with such expression.

  2. New York New York casino is one of my favorite places. Food court Is my favorite of all of them. We’ve eaten at several places there, the deli and pizza stand out. Love the theme, and we remember the steam coming out of the manhole covers! Ah, the memories. Thanks for the walk down memory lane❤
P.s. forgot to mention Hershey store and their delicious milkshakes
    .

  3. I always thought New York New York was the best family resort. Even the steakhouse is OK for kids, it’s so loud in there. It doesn’t matter if you have a toddler lol. The adults can have fun too. I love the Hershey cocktail bar, those drinks are STRONG. As usual I love you guys videos thank you.

  4. Hi Paula and Dale; thank you so much for the reminder of the great eats at NYNY food court! My adult son and I always share a sandwich at Greenbergs Deli. Before the pandemic, the sandwiches were twice as high. I have photos since I always take a photo of my food. They are still Delish!! Enjoy your week. CAB😍

  5. I'm an original New Yorker and old enough to remember some great Jewish Delis there. I remember the Carnegie Deli on 7th Avenue which I understand closed in 2016. But there were dozens of them in the 1970s and 1980s. It always felt like stepping back in time and fhe food was wonderful. Corned beef (warm) on Rye with a little mustard and that dill pickle on the side. Greenberg's looks like they do it right. As it happens now here for me in Colorado I have to settle for the Arby's Corned Beef Reuben which isn't bad really for tast food. Now I have been to New New York a few times back 12 years ago or so and I liked going for a Nathan's hot dog. I did enjoy stepping into the New York City recreation. Where else can you walk from New York City to Paris except Vegas. The filet mignon and cheesecake look very good. I would do that.

  6. Good job. Gallagher's closed in NJ, but the best part was that roasted garlic! Loved watching your three meals! ($3.95 for chips?????) Thank you.

  7. Love the beginning with your brother.❤ Great video! We just discovered Greenbergs Deli our last trip. Everything was so good. It will be one of our regular stops now. Try the Matzah Ball soup too!

  8. 13:45 funny comment about the stream. Here in San Francisco at least, I see steam flowing out of the manholes every morning on my bike ride to work downtown. I try to avoid them but every now and then I get a face full of that good ole industrial steam.

  9. Thanks for sharing your wonderful trip to NY,NY!! As a native New Yorker, I had to confirm that Dale is correct!! Every Jewish deli in NY where I had corned beef served it warm – usually the piece of corned beef was heated in its juices under heating lights & then sliced for a sandwich. One of fav’s was at Sarge’s (3rd Ave near 37th St)… great pickles too!!!
Happy Burthday wishes to Dale & his brother!!🎉🎉 Many more in good health!!❤❤

  10. Thank you Dale and Paula for featuring this. I am starving as I watch, but there is spaghetti on the stove! Hugs, Karla in Cali.

  11. Love going thru the food court , and we remember the steaming man hole covers. Great video, thanks again !!

  12. New York New York and Paris are my 2 favorite hotels to walk around in. There’s a fun element that doesn’t exist in the other hotels.

  13. I always love to stay at New York New York!! I will be there may 10-15! 48th and Crep is my favorite for breakfast!!!

  14. NYNY will always be my favorite Las Vegas property, even though I’ve stayed at the more luxury resorts like Wynn and Encore and Venetian. As you talked about your love of Vegas neon, it made me realize I don’t think I’ve seen a video of the Neon Museum from you two. I would love to see an in-depth tour of it since you give such great commentary and history on Old Vegas. Maybe the museum has restrictions on filming? ❤❤❤

  15. NYNY feels a little cramped inside but we also enjoy the food court and the outside areas. I've got friends that play the outdoor bridge stage fairly regularly and it's a great spot for peoplewatching.

  16. Love NY NY and the Village Street Eateries. I hit up Fultons, Sirrico's and Greenbergs almost every trip. We were peckish before a show but the noodle place across wasn't open yet so we wanted a light bite. We got a deconstructed chef's salad to share and that was just the best! Had it again when we went back a few months later and I didn't share. LOL
