Here’s what you need to make this pizza:
90g Self-Rising Flour
30g PEScience Select Multi-Purpose Protein (unflavored protein powder)
150g Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1⁄4 tsp Salt
1⁄2 tsp Garlic Powder
60g (1⁄4 Cup) Tomato Sauce
56g Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning for Topping

Mix it all up into dough, form your pizza, then air fry at 400 degrees (preheat the air fryer!) for 5 mins. Flip the pizza crust and air fry for a few more mins to crisp the bottom. Add your toppings, then air fry for a couple more minutes to melt the cheese. Slice it up and dig in!
