Lucci @It’s me ! Whoislucci and I went here to check out some of their latest gluten free offerings and let me tell you they were all spectacular.
They have a separate oven for the pizzas to keep it fully celiac safe! And everything had allergy picks to mark that it’s gluten free. Evviva has one of the most extensive gluten free menus I’ve ever seen. Felt like the regular menu!
The staff were all so nice and brought out so many amazing dishes for us to try!
We got:
PRIMI – Calabrian Buffalo Chicken Dip
INSALATA – Pesto Chicken Caprese
PIZZA – Patata – Farmhouse
CLASSICO / PASTA – Bolognese – Meatball Fra Diavolo
SANDWICHES – Braised Short Rib Panini – Chicken Caesar Sandwich
COCKTAILS (didn’t get good footage of these but they were great) – Italian Marg – It’s Complicated – Trop it Like It’s Hot
