Japan has thousands of Wagyu restaurants.
In some areas, you will find several within the same block.

But some stand out.

This is Dojima Yakiniku Ryoriten in Osaka, a spot that is currently gaining attention.

Their course features Pure Tajima Usunaga Gyu, selected through Wagyu Planner.

In this video, you see two cuts:

Chateaubriand
Known for its tenderness and fine texture, with fat that melts quickly on the palate.

Ichibo (Picanha)
A more structured cut, balancing lean meat with a layer of fat that adds depth.

Both are seasoned simply with salt and grilled to the restaurant’s recommended internal temperature.

Every cut is cooked in front of you, allowing you to experience it exactly as intended.

Their highest course, WELCOME TO JAPAN, brings together Kobe Beef and other Wagyu selections from across the country.
