I started by heating 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then added 3â4 slit green chilies ðķïļ for that perfect kick! Next came chopped onions ð§
and tomato puree ð
, followed by 1Â― tablespoon of ginger garlic paste for that rich, aromatic base. ð§
Then I tossed in red chili sauce, dark sauce, and green chili sauce ðŦ along with 2 taste makers of Magic Masala âĻ and salt to taste. A generous spoon of tomato sauce ð
went in next, and finally the perfectly boiled macaroni was added and given a good stir! ðĨ
The best part? I was fasting that day ð so I gave it to my sister to taste â and she loved it SO much that she went back for a second serving! ðð Thatâs the biggest compliment a cook can get!
