Ingredients
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 lb ground turkey Italian sausage
• 1 jar Rao’s marinara sauce
• 1 can Red Gold roasted garlic & onion diced tomatoes
• 1 can Campbell’s tomato soup
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 16 oz spaghetti (broken in half)
• 6–8 cups beef broth (start with 6, add more if needed)
• 1–2 tsp Nature’s seasoning
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp Kinder’s buttery garlic & herb seasoning
• Parmesan cheese & fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Brown the meat
In a large pot or deep skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey and turkey sausage together.
Break it down and cook until fully browned.

2. Build the flavor base
Add tomato paste and let it cook for 1–2 minutes to deepen the flavor.
Season with:
• Nature’s seasoning
• Italian seasoning
• Kinder’s buttery garlic & herb

Mix everything together.

3. Add the sauce layers
Pour in:
• Rao’s marinara
• Red Gold diced tomatoes (with juice)
• Campbell’s tomato soup

Stir until fully combined.

4. Add broth + pasta
Pour in about 6 cups beef broth, then add the spaghetti (break it in half so it fits).
Make sure the pasta is mostly submerged.

5. Cook the pasta
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally so nothing sticks.

👉 If it gets too thick before the pasta is done, add more broth a little at a time.

6. Finish it off
Once pasta is tender and sauce is thick and glossy:
• Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
• Let it sit 3–5 minutes to tighten up

7. Serve
Top with:
• Fresh grated Parmesan
• Chopped parsley
