What could be used besides psyllium? Could one grind quinoa instead? Or use Almond flour? Looks delicious. Thanks for posting.
I love the recipes! Ty! I had to turn down the sound though because the narration was so distracting
Thanks Ireland
Habla mucho…
About 4:05 do any of the ingredients contain vitamin D2? I had my blood panel done a while back – they worry from my family history that I’ll get diabetes – and they found I had a vitamin D deficiency. I think specifically D2 like the stuff they put in cow milk. 🙄 I keep reading on Google that to get vitamin D you should eat mushrooms grown with UV light. I don’t want to grow my own mushrooms and how are you supposed to tell which store bought mushrooms were grown with UV lights?
Has anyone tried it with a plant based egg substitute?
Your recipes look delicious but I find the voice impossible to listen to…monotonic, droning on about extraneous stuff that detracts from just presenting the recipe. Too bad because I’d really like to hear/see just the recipe vs a long drawn out boring story-telling session
