  1. I get 150g+ daily. Easy though. Start my day off with at least 5 eggs & a protein shake and it’s like a headstart.

  2. People aren’t getting enough fibre. Getting your protein isn’t hard unless you are vegan, even vegetarian isn’t that hard. Fibre though, is definitely easier to miss out on
