I get 150g+ daily. Easy though. Start my day off with at least 5 eggs & a protein shake and it’s like a headstart.
100g is not hard, its just not influencer friendly and a bit boring maybe
People aren’t getting enough fibre. Getting your protein isn’t hard unless you are vegan, even vegetarian isn’t that hard. Fibre though, is definitely easier to miss out on
