Here’s my homemade creamy bacon pasta recipe:

Ingredients:
• Pasta
• Bacon
• Paprika
• Black pepper

For the sauce:
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• Black pepper
• Paprika
• Salt

Instructions:
Bake the bacon at 400°F until crispy

In a pan, sauté chopped shallots and minced garlic in the bacon fat after baking the bacon. Cook until fragrant and lightly golden, then add paprika and chili flakes.

Add the cooked pasta and toss well. Then add the bacon and the sauce, turn off the heat, and mix everything together.
