    As a south indian even though them using a spoon on a banana leaf is very wierd. Its fine. They are not used to eating with hands so its ok. As long as you enjoy the food, It doesn't matter how you prefer to eat it.

    Let people eat how they are comfortable to eat with. I think eating with hand is disgusting after I stopped eating with hands.

    Che che biriyani real biriyani is hyderabad biriyani basmati rice without tomato.

    This biriyani is called normal rice flavour rice with tomato, you can call it kuska,mt biriyani, plain biriyani, chicken biriyani lol . In name of biriyani it's just normal rice .
