When I lived in Virginia 20-odd years ago, we went to Fazolis when it first opened up in Newport News for lunches. It was watery (didn’t drain the pasta well at all) and bland no matter what dish you tried. I live in MI now and we don’t have them here. Not missed. It’s not really Italian in my opinion. Interesting that you all enjoyed it – they must have improved if they’re still open! Good job guys!

They used to have 2.99 baked spaghetti back in the day. Was very hot and the bread is good. Was good value. We liked it.

Stopped video at intro, and haven't read comments. I tried Fazzoli's ONCE when passing thru another town here in GA. Maybe it was that particular location, but it was awful. I would have done better if I had stopped at Dollar General, got a can of spaghetti os and eaten them cold. With cheese and enough red pepper flakes I ate it.
Breadsticks with the Alfredo 💯
First job when I was in High School, all the ones closed near me back in 2005-07. Favorite item I don't think is on the menu anymore is "The Original" hot sub. Ate soooo many of the breadsticks. Looked it up and the current Original Italian is not the same ingredients. The one when I worked there had a garlic aioli sauce and mini meatballs with the meat slices.

Fazollis been around since the 90s they were real popular but before Covid they shut down restaurants and then was reopening them right before Covid started and Covid kinda forced them to close restaurants
I pray you guys got the spicy baked ziti with Italian sausage it can be too spicy but it’s good
