Sorry, my father was Norwegian and the 'school bread' and this new version is NOT Norwegian. You should promote the real Norwegian treat of Kringla, Lefse, Eplekake, and rice cream. None of us has ever heard of school bread until Epcot came out with it.

In addition to the late open, the kitchens close at 8:30 rather than park close Tuesday-Thursday
