People hate on the Midwest tavern style but it definitely has its place. Where St. Louis shines for me is the provel cheese. And Imo’s does it well.

I have family in the STL area, but they are not pizza buffs. Not sure any of them have even had provel, in anything. I’d send for some, but from what I have seen, it has to be packed in dry ice to ship by air.
