What can I do with this?

My original thoughts are stuffed peppadews or stuffed bacon wrapped dates; both over a bed of greens for some balance. Am I way off here? Any other ideas?

You can probably use it on pasta or meat, or alone on bread. Don’t cover the flavour too much, it is a pity.

  2. I’d use it on toasted bread for some amazing bruschetta. Or you can use it in a pan with some cooking water to make a good cream for your pasta.
I wouldn’t add any more ingredients as cheeses and truffle already give a very strong taste to that spread.
Maybe just some mushrooms, if you like. Enjoy!

I guess it would be good over a pizza.

Maybe only with mozzarella, some mushrooms and at maximum (if you really have to) some bacon

AND NO TOMATOES SAUCE!!!! (that would be a proper waste for the cheese/truffle sauce)

I suggest using it for a super creamy and flavorful pasta, it takes less than 10 mins and it’s extremely easy!
My nonna used to make it for me and i’m still in love with it, hope you like it as much as i do <3

Just cut some speck, a type of cured and smoked ham, (or prosciutto if it’s easier to find in stores near you) into thin strips, quickly sauté it in a pan with freshly ground pepper before adding the cheese cream and a bit of pasta cooking water.
Throw the pasta in and enjoy!

Strozzapreti pasta or gnocchi are the best options for this sauce in my opinion and, if you prefer homemade pasta, they’re both pretty easy to make, but you can obviously use whatever you like.

Let me know if you’re gonna try this! 🙂
