traditional method riddled um aged on
the Le for a minimum of 18 months under
T do but we usually do 22 to 4
months um and then we hand rdle it after
it’s aged over there and then we hand
discor it all so my husband actually
does it all in like freezers there in
the big freezers you you turn the bottle
yeah we riddle it like in champag yes

traditional method sparkling wine of
trentino you can produce it anywhere in
trentino and it has to be made from
either Pino Bianco or chard p biano PE
or or a yes most of it is made from
chardonnet though um it’s the most
commonly grown grape
here the name is Lort because that’s the
name of the vineyard it’s located near
the autostrada so just a couple of
kilometers east of here
and that begins the line of
terigi so should we do uh one of the
Chardonnay and the Sven gree are we all
okay with that yeah no
