MY SPIN ON PASTA AGLIO E OLIO #cooking #recipe #shorts



This is my spin on Pasta Alio e Olio – or pasta with garlic and oil – a classic Italian dish that’s super easy to make!

To add more flavor to this classic, I started off by searing some Italian seasoned chicken breast tenderloins in a pan, then deglazing that pan with some white cooking wine before adding the garlic and some butter to get my sauce started. Then adding thin spaghetti cooked to one minute less than al dente right to the pan and tossing it around to coat with the sauce just adds a ton of flavor! Adding in some of that salty and starchy pasta water helps to emulsify that sauce to give a rich and flavorful sauce that clings to the noodles beautifully. Finish with a drizzle of Graza Drizzle finishing oil and some freshly grated parmesan cheese, plating it up with the sliced chicken and some crispy garlic bread, and you’ve got an epic meal in less than 30 minutes! start off with some chicken breast
tender lines and season with kosher salt
then make it snow with some freshly
ground black pepper and finish it off
with some cusos grass rinse or repeat on
both sides preheat a pan over medium
high heat add a drizzle of some Sizzle
get your own graa drizzle and sizzle the
best olive oil I’ve ever tasted use my

once your oil is shimmering add in your
chicken and listen to that Sizzle after
about 5 minutes when you got the crust
that you want flip those K when the
chicken’s done put them into an oven on
the lowest setting to keep them warm
until we need when the chicken’s all
done turn the heat down to medium and
add a splash of white cooking wine and
scrape up that fine and let that simmer
for 5 minutes and start your pasta and
then we’re going to add 7even gloves of
garlic thinly sliced we’re going to mix
that around and let it cook for about 5
minutes then add 2 tbspoon of butter
then vigorously mix that butter in to
help and mulfy the sauce when the past
is done shake off the excess water and
add it right to the pan I’m using thin
spaghetti and use some tongs to mix or
if you got the skills you could just
toss it like this if it gets too dry add
some of your pasta water keep tossing
and adding water until you get an
emulsified sauce about 10 minutes then
add some more cusos grass give it a
drizzle of some drizzle and finish which
some freshly grated Parmesan cheese
about 1/ cup then plate your pasta with
the chicken on top some garlic bread a
drizzle or some drizzle and a little bit
more parmesan cheese don’t boring food
