    Sara, Luca e Luce, I do not have any intention of buying property in Italy or anywhere including the USA, BUT I enjoyed the tour of the three houses.     One day, when I retire, you have convinced me I should buy a home in a beautiful Italian village. How relaxing it seems, especially the home with so much light. Of course there would be work to do on these homes but how lovely it would be to have such an oaisis. But the best part of your videos is always Luce. That girl is such a bright ray of sunshine! Her joyful nature can cheer anyone up. Such an angel.

    About buying Italy property. Can a non-citizen of Italy buy property? Are their apartments to rent for seniors there? Is a Passport required to visit Italy? Are properties taxed in Italy by the year? Can vacant land be lived on without utilities? Do you offer tourist B&B? Enjoy your videos, thank you. P.S. If you know, is there a Kingdom Hall JW near? 😊
