Do you like pesto ❓🍝 I love it, it’s so simple and delicious – today making Wild Garlic pesto which I picked from my garden with freshly made Taglierini – Recipe below 🔥
For the dough
210g (71⁄2oz) Italian 00 flour
90g (31⁄4oz) fine semolina
3 eggs

For the Pesto:
40g/11⁄2oz smoked almonds
bunch of wild garlic (about 30g/1oz)
juice of 1 lemon
110g/4oz olive oil

Parmesan to serve
