  1. I really wish once more it would be easier to find and source them in France…. I have tried online wine shops… but once again 3 cases ordered 3 broken …

  2. This a great video! I learned quite a bit. I’d love to see a similar one for Sangiovese or any other grapes you think are interesting

  3. Got a bottle of 2018 produttori del barbaresco waiting to be open when I get a job offer. Can't wait any longer……

  4. Anise is ANNE-iss pronunciation, but after Willamette you might be baiting us 😂😂🎉
Either way love the notes and I still buy that $34 Barolo (starts with A, orange red bottle label) thanks to your last video 🙏🏻😎

  5. Most perfume n silky wine I’ve tasted . Definitely need to stock up more b4 price go crazy .particular like the barolo 19 over the 16 !

  6. Love nebiollo and all things Pietmonte. Unfortunately budget does not allow me to try many but Guilia Negri is a favourite producer.

  7. Love Nebbiolo! Just had a bottle of the 2018 Pio Cesare Barolo the other night! The Produttori del Barbaresco is also one of my favorites.

  8. This is a great video, I've had a few Nebbiolos, but I'm far from being an expert on them. To know that you struggle to tell the difference between Barolo and Barbaresco tells me that for food pairings they're probably interchangable.

  9. At our wine club we tasted the 2018 Pio Cesare Barolo and Barbaresco at the same time and they tasted extremely similar though the Barolo was a bit more weighty and also had a lot longer aftertaste. Though I have to say that 2019 Produttori easily beats both of those Pio Cesare wines while also being more affordable.

  10. It's a funny variety; I remember one Barolo from a super hot vintage, that smelled and tasted of Mandarin oranges w/ very soft tannins. Odd!

  11. Really love Piemonte, the landscape, the food and wine. But I really don't get the price point of Barolo and Barbaresco anymore. The quality does not match the price. But there are other great wines in the area and I will keep coming back to Piemonte and the areas around there (lake Como and the coastline in the south)

  12. Such a cool tasting! Must have been fun doing this. Added several of these to my list! Love Damilano, can't wait to try their 2016 Cannubi after also loving the Lecinquevigne. Need to drink more Produttori…my other favorites are Luigi Baudana and Giovanni Rosso as I most enjoy Serralunga

  13. you mentioned a tasting club/group in this vid – might be interesting to know how u set it up and do it – who is in the group and why – how serious or not serious you are – the frequency of meetings – how do pay for the wines – is best to invest in a Coravin so you don't drink it all, or do you drink it all!! – how many people are to few or to many – etc…..a primer video for folks – thanks!

  14. Whenever I'm able to drink a bottle of Barolo or Barbaresco, I think: "I could live off of that thing and dispense with food for the rest of my life". I love it, and I have one from 2018 (Paolo Scavino) in my cellar, and thanks for the tip…I won't be storing it for long.

  15. Excellent and fun video. I'm a bit of a Neb head but they are expensive. I'm dabbling with wine from all over Italy at the moment and there are some great value options if you have a good guide/retailer.

  16. People say Napa is overpriced and overrated and i agree, but Barolo is right there with it.

  17. Produttori are hard to beat….already bought my 2019 mixed case. Since burgundy become a true madness….my heart went to Piedmont
