First, it's great to have you back giving us a tour! You're right; this home is stunning. The marble and tile are fantastic. And the kitchen ain't too shabby! My only quibble is that I wish there was some exposed stone. However, the beauty of the design and finishes more than make up for this slight. Did Antonello do the design? This is outstanding! I wonder, how difficult is it to get a residency visa, or just rely on the 6 mos tourist visa, and go between the USA and Italy? For the six months I would not be there, rent it out. I'd need a property manager, and someone to look it over when I am not there.
