Hello Pizza lovers


I love making pizza at home. I’ve Currently found my sweet spot to be this, I preheat my oven on convect bake to 550 then blast my pizza steel with convect broil for a few minutes then back to convect bake. I launch the pizza for 7 minutes and finish on convect broil for a minute or two. I did just buy a new outdoor oven today but waiting to finish up my outdoor kitchen before setting it up. Happy pizza making 🍕🍻🤙
