  1. It's always a pleasure to watch Pasquale and his delicious recipes. Anchovies are delicious when used in cooking. They don't taste fishy at all. They melt into the oil and just gives some nice flavor.

  2. How do you clean your wooden spoons? The wood soaks up all the liquids. I use plastics spoons. It's easier to clean

  5. I've been making a variation of this for years, but not with so many seasonings! I need to step up my game. The anchovy wasn't something I would have thought of.
