Your fireplace looks truly amazing! What a transformation! I have never seen 2 people work so hard in my life! Clearly you love Reno projects and moreover , love the finished product!I think you should give the previous owners a deadline date to pickup their belongings and turtles..if they miss the deadline, then just donate everything. They do not seem like they are being fair with you, so you might have to get tough. Your house is coming along very nicely. I love to work hard and long hours doing reno projects myself, but the 2 of you are above and beyond!

Keep your momâs coat! In the USA, the new Spring/ Summer trend is Trench Coats! My daughter thinks they are a new creation and I just giggle because i lived through that trend in the 80s, and now itâs back! I have not seen a trench coat here in 40 years and now EVERYONE IS WEARING THEM!Keep it and wear it and treasure it since your dad gave it to your mom! Your dad is incredible! God bless you all! I agree with Carlo about that railing that was taken away from the lower stairs. The room looks more balanced with the railing on. I note Celine did not take her lower level stair railing down in her house. I can't believe someone would sell a house & then take sinks, lighting & fixtures but leave all their junkđą! Maybe they are afraid of getting criticized so they are going to wait until you get over it & might not say anything about their appalling actions? It would take a very long time for me, even if I were going to change everything they took. They could have said something before taking it! That was the same as stealingđą…

I love listening to Carlo speak Italian…my family is from Southern Italy…I only have one Aunty left from our family here in Sydney, Australia…so when I listen to Carlo it's like listening to family đ The language, the food, the lunches with friends and family…feels like home to me. Why have the tortoises become dependent on humans? Are they not native to the area? Glad you are able to visit your father. Best hopes for your brother's recovery. Another great video Nicki! Maybe instead of a lawn mower, see if there are any local herdsmen who use goats, cows, other ruminants etc to do lawn management – food for the animals, nutrients for your soil (dung and urine), and work for the Shepards!
Watching your channel with your everyday life, sharing your families lives and end of life, it is heartfelt. You are so gifted and open…It's everything! At the beginning I felt as if I could press myself closer and take a walk on the property. The camera is welcoming. Thank you for allowing us to step into your life, to feel the emotions of family, of doing, creating something beautiful. You take us on walks with the dogs, to see the beautiful countryside of worlds I will never see. It is all so special.

This message is for Martin….I was diagnosed with cml. I am not a candidate for hip surgery. Due to this at the time I could barely get around due to my hip problems. I started taking water therapy. It has helped me leaps and bounds. You might try looking into it. Water has no resistance. And believe me it helped measurable. I am now walking well on my two feet. Good luck Martin.

And please take that lovely coat home. What a view that room has. If the previous owners dont pickup that stuff keep it. They cant expect to come back after a year and expect to continuously pick up stuff and take home. In the usa its called stealing.
