We are back and this one might surprise you a  little bit if you’ve been watching our videos   from the beginning you know we do not like to be  hot however in this region people love the homes  

For sure and when you see the inside of this  one mhm you get why and we’re also trying to do   our due diligence here we are exploring every  section region area of Italy right that’s why  

Last week we were on an island okay now we are in  the south on the heel of the boot you know check   this one out this picture is a perfect example  of why folks love these homes look at how bright  

And airy and just beautiful this looks like it  was in a magazine cover oh yeah and these star   vaults mhm what I want a star vault in my house  beautiful so gorgeous and look at this you have  

This kind of piazza square area this town looks  cute crisp and clean as far as I’m concerned   I really like it and the surrounding areas have  gorgeous architecture such as look at this this   is a small Roman amphitheater pretty darn close  to this house right so let’s get into it this  

Property is in Cocumola in Puglia right $163,000  a two bedroom two bath almost 1,000 square feet   but you have over 100 square feet for a garden  perfect and where is this beautiful property  

It is in the heel of the boot yeah look at this  this is cute kind of farmlands around I mean I’m   really excited about this area yep so how do you  get to the heel of the boot there’s an airport an  

Hour and a half away there’s a train station 38  minutes away and you have a ton of bus stops in   the neighboring town and that is 22 minutes away  so we have planes and trains and now automobiles  

Lecce is only a half an hour away with 95,000  residents plenty of amenities and then Naples   is four 4 and a half hours away yeah that’s great  my family originally is from Naples so I’m very   interested in this area Campania over here so  let’s take a look at this town right we’re going  

To zoom in we can see beautiful farmlands cute  town little town over here as well we’re going   to zoom into this property look at that it’s  beautiful there’s a church on the left I like   this no mountain side hillside for us like usual  mhm little different yeah we’re zooming in here  

Terrace above okay I’m excited I’m excited let’s  check this one out and let’s wander through the   town so you can see the stone wall a lot of white  and bright buildings here it’s the quintessential   architecture in southern Italy I see a palm tree  I see some shrubberies I like the stone buildings  

I mean this is cute what’s up here on the left  you know the piazza yeah piazza you know look   at this architecture here on the left that looks  kind of old maybe I don’t know um but let’s head  

Down this street I see a church in front of us  let’s check that out yep that looks cute and we   just found out why all the buildings are so light  and bright if you know tell us below yeah it was  

Very interesting okay let’s take let’s take  a look here just past the church here’s the   property all right I love the green shutters it’s  super cute this is like a picture in a calendar   of Italy it’s like June or July in the calendar  yeah you’re right got the Vespa got little summer  

Vibes going it’s exactly what you picture I love  it and you walk through that door and you picture   this wow yeah soaring ceilings the trani floors  which are gorgeous which is ground up limestone   with brown streaks and they’re so pretty and  look how beautiful those ceilings are you know  

If you’re in this space those ceilings are really  high it really makes you feel comfortable and open   you know I I really like that I really do so here  is another shot in this room looking out towards  

The front door and the front window again it’s  just light and bright and open and airy looks   so pretty let’s take a look around this room okay  spinning around here get a sense of the space for  

Sure yep I like I like the lights in the corner of  the room pretty sconces you know obviously those   ceilings and the stone work is unbelievable I like  the little little uh stone above that little nook  

There uh you know this is just really cute it is  I’m curious too and I’m sure some of you know this   does all of the stone help keep it cool in the  summer it’s obviously hotter down here so I would  

Like to know that if you know that please share  below so here is the first bedroom open bright   airy high ceilings we love it look at those floors  the star vault again I mean you’re laying in your  

Bed you’re looking up at that woo hoo those are  great yep so again another shot in this room you   can see the little niche in the corner you can  see the bathroom which is fully renovated which  

Is so nice wow look how big that shower is that’s  a big shower and everything’s done so well and so   new fresh and clean there it is I don’t see a cute  bidet uh but you don’t always need that right so  

I’m fine with this bathroom I like it and here  is the kitchen an ancient kitchen with a giant   wood burning oven that sink again it just has  with the high ceiling so open and airy really   pretty it’s very interesting it really is I do  hope it was Halloween because there are a lot  

Of spiders and spider web decorations above the  wood burning fireplace I love that stone you know   let’s take a look let’s take a closeup look at  this uh stove here where the spiders above okay   I don’t want to see I don’t want to see them it  looks Halloween looks like Halloween decorations  

There are yep yep so what’s cool about this  kitchen too is you go out this door and you   are in your back private area and here is that  back private area they say the garden is about  

100 square ft so that’s pretty substantial and  then you can see how big the space actually is   a little covered space too that you could use for  storage as well yeah and those stairs go up right   here where this picture was taken is another  little landing area so you could have a couple  

Chairs maybe drink some wine salute salute to  you and here is the second bedroom on that upper   level I love what they did with the ceilings with  the wood it’s like a whitewashed wood it’s kind   of cute it still fits perfectly in the area so  pretty still gorgeous floors it’s a decent [Music]

Space bathroom [Laughter] I didn’t know  you were going to advance okay so there   is a bathroom off of this bedroom uh I do see  a toilet I don’t see a cute bidet no that’s   okay there is a pocket door however I like  they that they do that it saves space yeah  

For sure here’s a shot of it I mean getting  some Star Wars vibes out that window you   know uh episode 4 Tatooine Luke is Young he’s  he’s looking to go somewhere just like we’re   looking to go somewhere we want to he wants  to wander to the Death Star we want to wander  

In Italy so we’re going to check it out you  know um live long and prosper you can’t say   that that’s the other one oh yeah Star Trek  Track Star Trek that’s embarrassing you can’t   leave that in okay but yeah all right and then  walking out of that bedroom onto this terrace  

The beautiful doors and then looking around it  does give the Star Wars vibe it’s giving Star Wars [laughing] but hey I like it it works yeah  it’s cool all right so let’s do a little drone   shot again to give a recap of the outside  of the property you can see the Vespa that  

Was downstairs here’s the back I like that  you see you have multiple tiers yep heading   up to that like three terraces it’s awesome yeah  look at the town too I mean this look around the   surroundings there’s that Vespa right I love it  and the green shutters are just perfect so we’re  

Going to fan out here and take a look at the town  let’s scooch around here I mean it’s pretty darn   cute it is I really like that it really is all  right restaurants there are several in town and  

A few within walking distance too which is nice  okay whoa salute I see red wine and I see burrata   burrata our favorite oh my gosh that looks amazing  yeah that looks amazing and what do you like  

Alfresco dining I do my favorite you know there it  is woah all right babe I’m having a problem here I   don’t know I don’t know that pizza I thought your  people were the pizza people in Campania but this  

Looks amazing tomatoes the gravy okay here’s one  do you say tomato sauce or do you say gravy we   say gravy we say gravy it’s like Sunday dinner  stuff for the pizza we don’t we’ll say we don’t  

Say gravy on pizza but anyway for Sunday dinner  do you call it gravy or do you call it spaghetti   sauce tomato sauce or Prego or [Music] Ragu don’t  say those [Laughter] click you will see on a map  

Coming up soon that this property is 9 minutes  from the sea wow this is a beautiful resort with   an amazing restaurant very close to the property  that looks awful horrible yeah I don’t want to go   there jeez here’s a shot of some food obviously  worse yeah oh some prawns so yum they obviously  

Have a lot of seafood uh at this restaurant do  they have pasta no I don’t think so ooooh ooooooh   yum there’s some pasta you know we love pasta  you go to Italy you eat pasta you know yep there  

It is sick of going to that beautiful restaurant  you can go to one of the three grocery stores in   town one is super close and you could walk there  yeah okay what is the name of our channel it is  

Wandering with Wine and what do we do we find  the closest Winery to the property this one is   4.7 miles away that is impressive I’m surprised in  southern Italy yeah but it’s great yeah it’s nice  

Where’s the beach it is only 9 minutes away from  this property and it looks like this what that is   gorgeous I mean the water is the water is gorgeous  that is stunning I like the stone going into the  

Sea I mean this seems like a very special place it  does time for the fun stuff skiing 3 hours golf 45   minutes hiking 7 minutes away and and you’re  exploring some ancient lands with interesting   rock ruins uh ruins and stackings whatever you  want to call them but you know I would love to  

Explore this property check out the stackings  [laughing] need to knows hospital 14 minutes away   doctor 1 two three in town and I’m going to save  this one for Jaime two teeth in town two teeth  

In town two like tooth in town better but two  teeth in town yeah two teeth in town two tooth   in town okay and if you have two tooth in your  mouth teeth and stuff um you have two pharmacies  

To get pain medication because you only have  two teeth and you’re chewing food and it’s not   good okay [Laughter] and what about Zoe and Maui  sorry but we do have two dogs and they do need to  

Be taken care of and so we are really 2 miles away  from a veterinarian so that’s special there’s one   school super close to the property and there are  two post offices perfect let’s talk about temps  

Baby how hot we can be so what she’s trying to  say is it’s going to be a little bit hot it’s 81°   which is also 27° C so at the hottest month little  toasty it’s a little warm but you know what that’s  

What I expect in uh on Tatooine [Laughter] the  worst part is probably the humidity but it’s still   much better than where we live in the States but  I still don’t like to see miserable and oppressive   muggy’s okay no it’s not and oppressive is worse  oppressive sounds really bad miserable as not good  

Miserable is is miserable not good misery mobile  and internet once again Vodafone leader of the   pack Wind Tre was super close as well but Vodafone  had more coverage so still 5G 4G plus 4G for both  

Tim come on dude bro come on bro dog get your 5G  on Iliad 4G a lot of them have fiber options for   your home and Starlink is available all throughout  Italy does Amazon deliver Jaime of course of  

Course it does right 1 to 4 day delivery for an  Umbra Joey 591 ml soap dispenser gres anthracite   uh but you can get it and I like it was something  new to pick I know it was good nice work thanks  

Our checklist for this property air conditioning  you’re probably wondering why there’s a check mark   and an X it is because it is provisioned for  air conditioning so you would have to install   them but it’s ready to go that’s great fireplace  yes beautiful floors yes star vault ceiling yes  

I love how you put star vault ceiling on there  nice work kid had to yeah terrace yes from your   terrace do you have a view yes you do you have a  view of Tatooine [Jabba the Hutt impersonation]  

Um no garage there’s a garden in the back you can  grow some vegetables back there right no cantina   and no pool but you’re 9 minutes from the ocean  that is your pool it’s true and according to the   real estate agent parking is right there on the  street perfect okay property information one more  

Time for you guys Cocumola in Puglia $163,000  two bedroom two bath just under 1,000 square ft   108 ft of garden space plus three terraces I mean  that’s pretty nice those giant soaring ceilings   absolutely gorgeous we understand why folks love  this area we really do we’re trying to figure out
