In this ASMR video you will see one of my favorite dishes in 2019: Risotto. I already tried a version for a Food & Drink video some weeks ago. But this time I made a seafood version with shrimp and scallop. And of course a nice glass of wine like a Riesling accompanies a risotto perfectly.
