


As a follow up on my "practice makes perfect… Right?" Post of Yesterday, here is todays attempt, i could actually eat this one thanks to your tips, i put my ooni on ultra low mode for this, but my crust did not seem to puff up, it was still raw inside. Was this because of the fact that the flame was so low, or did i do something wrong with my dough?
