  2. it sounds like they just cook steaks well done and a lot of country’s do that cause back in the day food had bad things in it when it’s cooked well done everything goes away with the heat

  3. Medium rare on a grass fed organic meat. Some regions season it with lemon and olive oil. It’s cut thin (when the meat is tough) unless you’re getting a Florentine steak. Then it’s one of the best of the best meat in the world. The Italians perfected the chargrilled porterhouse steak.

  4. It's because Italian harvest older cows than the US. Much lower age limit to harvest here. This helps ensure more tender cuts of beef. The older they get the tougher the meat. Still tasty just have to cook differently to make perfect

  5. Let's not talk bullshit, where did you eat? Italian steaks and fillets melt in your mouth. Then again, Americans are accustomed to pre-chewed meat that no longer even tastes like meat and only tastes of herbs, liquid smoke, and all those spices added to cover the true flavor of the meat. I will never understand the point of filling meat with smells and flavors so you can no longer taste the meat. For meat, at most, salt, oil, and rosemary and that's it.

  6. Italian steak are the worst coming from a person living in Italy. With one of the highest amount of antibiotics…if you want the best steak's in Europe it is Ireland or Scandinavia
