Made my favorite meatballs today. It is a simple mix of ground beef and ground pork. A little tomato sauce, truffle oil, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and a fresh cracked pepper medley! Into a hot pan of olive oil… absolutely delicious 🤤

FYI that’s not Parmesan cheese. That’s a chemical concoction meant to stay un refrigerated for years. Otherwise good recipe.
