People, I am not gonna lie to you…the best pizza I ever had had no cheese.

Before you pile on the hate on me, try this. I am serious.

It's cased "pissaladière" and it's from Nice in the south of France. It's basically LOTS of fried onions, with black olives, garlic and anchovies.

Is is good? No. It's freaking amazing.

It's the pie on the right in the pic.
