Was nervous to make pizza for my date but luckily it turned out great! Toppings are mushrooms, green peppers, red onion and sausage from my local butcher and cheddar cheese. Does anyone else prefer other cheeses over mozzarella? I just find it so bland.

Whatโs your recipe minus the sausage? This pizza and the cheese especially looks incredible. Itโs like the perfect gold ๐
Mozz is great when itโs carmelized. Otherwise itโs boring and youโre better off with Jack cheese. Obvs, mixing mozz with other cheeses and/or herbs (and a bit of salt) is pretty great too.
