Was nervous to make pizza for my date but luckily it turned out great! Toppings are mushrooms, green peppers, red onion and sausage from my local butcher and cheddar cheese. Does anyone else prefer other cheeses over mozzarella? I just find it so bland.

Mozz is great when it’s carmelized. Otherwise it’s boring and you’re better off with Jack cheese. Obvs, mixing mozz with other cheeses and/or herbs (and a bit of salt) is pretty great too.
