Pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza Sauce: 1 cup of tomato passata
Cheese: a combination of mozzarella and cheddar cheese (200g each)
Toppings: I used shawarma, mushrooms, mixed peppers, onion, olives, eggs and black olive paste
Flour for dusting
Grated pecorino on top before serving
Instructions:
On a floured surface, stretch and roll the dough into your desired pizza shape. Top with a thin layer of sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings (as shown in the video). Bake at 200C for about 25 min in the lower rack, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Grate some pecorino on top. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy.
