Joolz in Sicily – in which I experience the wine making process at the Sant’anastasia vineyard, followed by a wine tasting.
We arrived just after they have harvested the grapes and get to taste the grape juice as it comes out of the press. We also taste it at various stages of the wine making process.

We were taken by Massimo Villas Collection to advertise their villas which are dotted all around nearby. A great place to stay whilst making visits to other parts of the island.
