Paella is basically originating from east coast of Spain. Here I am presenting the vegetable paella rice in an authentic Italian style. It is fully loaded with veggies and cheese. The red pepper sauce is giving moisture to the rice. Seasoning with Italian mix herbs is giving perfectly Italian twist to paella. Roasted veggies are giving rustic look and flavor to the rice. I have tried different recipe of Italian style rice.
