For ingredients-
1 lb. spaghetti
2/3 cup olive oil
12-14 garlic cloves
1 cup cherry tomatoes- sliced half
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-2/3 cup pasta water(from the cooking)
1/2 cup grated pecorino Romano
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
To make-
Cook garlic for 2-3 minutes in a pan with the oil
Cook on low to medium heat
Add tomatoes, parsley
Add pasta water
Add salt and pepper
Cook pasta according to package
Add pasta, mix gently
Gradually add pecorino cheese
Mix gently
Add Parmesan cheese, mix
Add rest of parsley
Add remaining cheese
Do not cover pan
Serve warm
