▪️400g lasagna pasta sheets
▪️250g mozzarella
▪️150g parmesan
Ragu sauce (meat sauce) :
▪️800g minced meat (pork + beef)
▪️1 onion
▪️1 carrot
▪️1 celery
▪️2 cloves of garlic
▪️800g tomatoes paste
▪️500ml vegetable soup or chicken soup
▪️3 tbsp oil
▪️1 tsp basil
▪️1 tsp oregano
▪️2 tsp sugar
▪️salt and pepper
Bechamel sauce:
▪️1L milk
▪️70g butter
▪️70g flour
▪️2 tbsp olive oil
