I can't stand crab or lobster. I like all of the different fish I've had, and I like shrimp, scallops, and squid. It's just that Crab and lobster give me the ick. More for others that way, lol!

I am always slightly confused when I see British or American cooking because to me it seems as if a mandoline is a special tool that not everyone has that is super dangerous.
I am German and I bet most of us have a mandoline and I have used it as a kid to make cucumber salad…
The mandoline is not your enemy.
I can introduce people to my grater. If you touch it with your hand while holding it upright, it will stick to it. Yeah don't use that.😅
