For this Praline Gelato you will need:

Posh Praline: 98g / 0.40 cup (any praline that has around 40% sugar content)
Milk 3.25%: 508g / 2.12 cups
Sugar: 100g / 0.5 cup
Skim Milk Powder: 51g / 0.51 cup
Almond Extract: 1g / ~0.2 tsp (just under 1/4 tsp)

  1. Looks delicious as always Nick. I can't do almonds, too high in oxalates. Would pecan nuts work for this recipe? I seem to tolerate them better. And sorry about your Ninja Creami unit breaking down 😕 Hope you are able to fix it 🛠😊

  3. That could be my new favorite ice cream flavor. Who needs a Ninja Creami. I'd rather see you take that Creami outside and hit it with a sledgehammer….or better yet, get out the 12 gauge shotgun.

  4. Yes repair the ninja. And please get another, your best videos are you saying you prefer the ninja ice cream or gelato so it must work for you.
